About SettlementCheck
Our Mission
Every year, companies pay out tens of billions of dollars in class action settlements — but over 90% goes unclaimed. People miss out on money they're legally owed simply because they don't know the settlement exists, the notice looks like spam, or the deadline passes before they act.
SettlementCheck.pro was built to fix that. We track active class action settlements, match them to your everyday brands and services, and link you directly to official claim sites — all for free, in under 60 seconds.
What We Do
- Track settlements — We currently monitor 33 class action settlements, with 16 currently open for claims.
- Match you with eligible claims — Select the brands you use, and our tool finds settlements you may qualify for.
- Highlight no-proof claims— Many settlements don't require receipts. We label these so you can file in minutes.
- Link to official sources— Every settlement page includes a direct link to the court-approved claim administrator's website.
Our Data Sources
Settlement information on SettlementCheck.pro is sourced from public court filings, official settlement administrator websites, and announcements published through the Class Action Fairness Act (CAFA) notification process. We cross-reference data from:
- Federal and state court PACER filings
- Official settlement administrator websites (e.g., Epiq, JND Legal, Angeion Group)
- FTC and state attorney general press releases
- Class action news sources and legal databases
We update our database daily. New settlements are added within 24 hours of public announcement, and deadlines are verified against official court documents.
Editorial Standards
- Settlement amounts, deadlines, and eligibility criteria are sourced from official court documents and claim administrator websites.
- We clearly distinguish between open, pending, and closed settlements.
- We never guarantee specific payout amounts — actual payments depend on the number of valid claims filed.
- We do not provide legal advice. Our content is informational only, and we recommend consulting an attorney for legal questions.
How We Make Money
SettlementCheck.pro is 100% free for users. We never charge for checking eligibility, viewing settlement information, or accessing claim links. The site is supported through contextual advertising. We do not sell user data.
